What is a Telegram bot for?
With the Tumodo bot, you can receive notifications about:
- services booked for you;
- delay, cancellation of flights, appointment of the check-in desk and gate (with an active subscription to the flight);
- about the request and confirmation of the approval of the trip and advance reports.
Notifications are available to all active users with access to their personal account.
How to enable Telegram notifications
- Log in to your Tumodo account
- Click on the additional menu icon
- Click on the "Telegram Notifications" banner and wait for the transition to the Telegram bot
- Click on the START button to start receiving notifications
Trip approval via Telegram bot
After selecting the services on the platform, the employee sends the trip for approval. The approving person receives detailed information about the trip in Telegram. You can confirm or refuse the approval of the trip directly in the bot.
The bot will also show:
- travel policy violations;
- employee comments;
- the button that leads to the trip itself.
If the trip is approved
Both the approver and the traveller receive a notification about the approval. Right from the message, you can open the trip page and continue arranging services.
If the trip is NOT approved
The approver must indicate the reason for the decline. The traveller receives a notification with a comment explaining what needs to be changed in the trip.
Trip service notifications
After booking a service, the traveller receives the ticket or voucher in Telegram. Once all services are arranged, the bot sends a Travel Plan. The Travel Plan is a summary of the business trip that contains all travel documents.
The bot can also send an .ics file. By opening it, you can add all travel services to your business calendar.
