How to enable the Car Rental service?
The service is turned off by default. To enable it, please contact your service manager.
How to search for a car?
Click on the Car Rental icon on the trip page or on the main Dashboard.
On the search screen, select an employee and enter:
- pick-up location,
- pick-up and drop-off date and time.
If the needed drop-off location differs from the pick-up one, click Different pick-up and drop-off locations in the upper-right corner and refine the drop-off place.
Then click Search to see available options.
Booking and payment
When you find a suitable car, click the Select button.
In the option card, you’ll see full details and a menu where you can add extra options that are paid on-site, such as:
- additional driver,
- child seats,
- GPS navigator.
When all required options are selected, click Continue.
On the booking page, review the rental details and enter traveller and trip information. Then click Book.
After booking, the car rental will appear among other services on the trip page.
